Rebecca, you're an amazing woman. So many would have given up or compromised their writing to fit the commercial market. But you still write what you want to write, what you need to write – and I admire you for it. I wish you all the luck in the world.

About Rebecca

Rebecca writes novels based in the Cotswolds, England.  She grew up in a medieval house in the area and her dream was to write books.  A car accident when she was eleven nearly took that dream from her but after many years of hard work, Rebecca was able to overcome severe brain injury and attend university.

After three years at the University of Southampton - where she was President of the English Society and wrote for the student newspaper - Rebecca left with a BA Hons in English and an interview with Stephen Fry under her belt.  She moved to Boston, America, where she worked for a number of months and had numerous adventures.

In the late 90s, Rebecca was very involved with the 'dot com' boom in the UK and later with developments in online B2B innovation.  In her spare time, she wrote.  When the opportunity arose to write full time, she did.  After moving around the country during her twenties, Rebecca has returned to the Cotswolds where she lives with her husband.
